General terms of use of the site

Browsing www.powerconcept.be is subject to Belgian law. By continuing to use the site, you accept these terms, which may be modified at any time.

The site is normally accessible at all times, except for technical interruptions announced in advance.

Intellectual property

Powerconcept holds the intellectual property rights to all elements of the site (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software), with the exception of manufacturers' trademarks.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Accuracy of information

The site provides information for guidance only. Powerconcept cannot be held liable for any omissions or inaccuracies, which are liable to change.

Limitations of liability

Powerconcept cannot be held liable for any material damage related to access to the site, nor for any bugs or incompatibilities.

Interactive areas allow users to ask questions. Powerconcept reserves the right to remove any unlawful content and may engage the civil or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the case of racist, insulting or defamatory messages.

Management of personal data

Powerconcept only collects the data necessary for the services offered. After express acceptance, this data may be used for commercial purposes and shared with its partners.

"In development" call-back list. When remapping for a vehicle is not yet available, you may leave us your details (name, email, phone and the vehicle concerned) to be contacted as soon as it is. This data, stored on a database hosted in the European Union, is used solely for that call-back, is never resold and is deleted on simple request to info@powerconcept.be.

Powerconcept undertakes, without this constituting an obligation of result, to put in place all necessary means to guarantee the user the security and confidentiality of their data.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse statistics cookies, all at once or category by category. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

Necessary (always active). The site stores your choice in your browser's local storage (key cookie_consent: version, date and choice). You are asked again after 6 months. The configurator may also keep the last vehicle you looked at there (key pc:lastVehicle), to offer it to you again. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Statistics (only with your consent). If you accept them, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to measure visits to the site and improve it: page views, clicks to call or WhatsApp us, use of the configurator, successful submission of a quote request or of a sign-up to the "in development" list (without your name or contact details). Cookies set: _ga (distinguishes visitors) and _ga_<identifier> (keeps the session state), for at most 13 months. Statistics data is kept by Google for 14 months, then deleted. Google may process some data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Until you accept, no Google script is loaded.

Withdrawing or changing your choice. At any time, through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, measurement stops immediately and the _ga cookies are deleted. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

Powerconcept assumes no responsibility for the content of the external sites to which links may point.

Applicable law

Any dispute is governed by Belgian law and the courts of the district of Nivelles. The French version of the site prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
